Our Restorative Yoga and Reiki workshop is a soothing experience designed to introduce you to the world of energy in a safe and supported environment. Throughout the workshop you will be holding poses to open the body while receiving some Reiki. This produces a feeling of total wellbeing, which can have a very positive effect on the immune system, amongst many other benefits.
It is a true system of attaining and promoting wholeness of Mind, Body and Soul.
