Finding the Key: Mindfulness for children 

 'Finding the Ki (Key)' is a workshop for children which introduces holistic ideas and activities including Mindfulness, basic Yoga, Reiki and relaxation techniques that can be used at home or at school.

Mindfulness is becoming more and more recognised in today’s society as an invaluable tool to understand the importance of present moment living; being able to quieten and calm the mind.

This simple workshop is a wonderful opportunity for children to experience what it is to feel relaxed in a conscious manner and to start to appreciate how this can be of use to them as an individual. The aim is to empower each child to safely explore this realm of being, while having some fun in the process. We also explore how, on an energetic level, their thoughts and actions can have a direct impact not only on themselves but others too.
