The Hatsurei Ho is often introduced to Students during their Reiki II experience, as a tool for strengthening their connection to Source and enhancing intuitive ability. Originating as a Reiki technique used in the Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai and shared by Hiroshi Doi, it is offered as a daily practice.
Written detail of the Hatsurei Ho is found in the DSOR Usui / Holy Fire Reiki II manual, however, after many requests from Students, we are now happy to offer it in spoken form as a guided meditation.
