Join us for an hour of fun relaxation as a family together. This workshop is designed for both parents/carers and children to find a wonderful way to slow down via yoga and meditation whilst receiving some Reiki. Sam's son, Arthur (10 years old) who is a Reiki Rascal and Reiki trained will be assisting us and giving Reiki to the children who attend.

£15 for 1 adult with 1 child (+ £5 per sibling)
